German travel and lifestyle blogger Friederike Franze shares her interpretation of Peak Performance. Her film captures a six-week road trip through the mighty landscapes of western Canada.
To Friederike, being active means so much more than practicing sports. It’s the joy of movement, the love of trying new things and going to places she has never been. To challenge her own limits and following the path of new adventures.
Her journey through Canada was much more than just the view of big mountains, grand national parks and endless roads to travel. As always, the pleasure lay in the activity itself – no matter where it leads. In her film, she showcases the small moments as well as the big ones, and makes sure to convey that no peak can be reached without a journey.
“My personal peak performance always includes the feeling of being one with nature. The sheer endlessness of things to experience and the happiness of being right here, right now gets to me every time.”
