Shipping


Your order will be shipped between Mondays and Fridays. If you place an order on a Danish public holiday, it will be processed on the following working day.

Delivery Time 4-5 days Carrier UPS Delivery Time 1-2 days business days for orders placed before 13:00 *Standard delivery is free for Access All Areas members.

How will my order be delivered?

UPS will make 3 delivery attempts. If you’re unable to receive your parcel on any of those attempts, the parcel will be returned to us. Please note that contact information for UPS will be included in the delivery slip, and you can contact UPS directly to agree on a convenient delivery time for any of the redelivery attempts. If your order consists of several items, you may receive it as a split delivery. You won't be charged for any additional shipping costs.

You can easily track your orders by visiting My Account.

Here you can view your past orders or the status of your current order.

If you placed an order without an account or without being signed in, you will only get an e-mail notification with a tracking number. Use it to follow your delivery on the UPS homepage.

If your country is not on the list, we are currently not shipping to your country.

We are working to expand but unfortunately, we are not there yet.

We do not offer exchanges. Please place a new order if you like to change the style, color and/or size.

    Returns Info


    If you received an order to the UK, you probably noticed that no return label was included. If you would like to send items back, please reach out to UKreturns@peakperformance.com Please include in your message the following:


  • 1. Your order number, starting with 23PKP
  • 2. The items you would like to return
  • 3. Make sure to visually separate this information if you would like to return several orders
  • Please note that all the above information needs to be included, for us to be able to provide you with a return label. A 15€ customs fee will be deducted for every UK return! Please be aware that there is a delay in our answering time due to the circumstances relating to COVID-19.

    Due to Brexit there will also be delays in all shipments including return shipments. If you have not received your refund within 3 weeks please contact us. We thank you for your understanding!

Alternative returns info

You can also arrange the return shipment yourself through any postal service within 14 days. However, in this case you will be responsible for the full cost of returning the parcel, and the products will be your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. We recommend obtaining a receipt from the postal service as proof of postage.

Please make sure you fill out the return form at the bottom of the delivery note and enclose it in your parcel so we can process your refund correctly.

Refund Info

Our aim is to get your refund to you as quickly as possible. We'll usually process your refund within 3 days of receiving your parcel or evidence you have sent it. As soon as that's done, we'll send you an email to let you know your refund is on its way. After you've received the email, please allow another 5--10 working days for the refund to be credited to your account. This time period depends on which bank or card issuer you have and is unfortunately out of our control. Usually, you will be refunded in the same form of payment you originally used for the purchase. If this is not possible, we will immediately contact you to arrange an alternative refund method.
