We offer UPS Express Saver as a shipping method which is included in the cost of the handling fee (12% of the order value). The handling fee includes all consumption taxes, customs clearance fees and delivery charges. Read more.
Shipping time is 3 business days.
Your order will be delivered between Mondays and Fridays. If you place an order on a Danish public holiday, it will be processed on the following working day.
Unfortunately, we can only ship to home or office addresses – not to P.O. boxes.
How will my order be delivered?
Your order will be delivered by UPS to your home address. UPS will make 3 delivery attempts (in big city areas but only 1 attempt in smaller suburban areas). If you are not home at the point of delivery the order may be redeemed at the nearest UPS pick-up point where it will be kept for 10 days until being returned to us. Contact information for UPS will be included in the delivery slip, and you may contact UPS directly to reschedule the delivery or establish the collection location.
How can I track my order or view my history?
Simply open an account with us! Then you can easily track your orders by visiting My Account and clicking "View my orders". Here you can view your past orders or the status of your current order.
If you don’t have an account with us, just contact our Customer Care and we'll inform you about your order status.
